Please can you answer the following questions re corrective treatment for me, based on my latest prescription & history?

I am a 38year old man, who wears either glasses or glasses. I have being wearing some form corrective eyewear since I was 4 years old. At the age 18yrs old I had Astigmatism eye surgery on my left eye with limited affect.

My current prescription is as follows: -

Glasses

Right Eye          +4.50                -075                  45

Left Eye            +4.00                -050                  135

Contact Lenses

                        Sphere              Diameter

Right Eye          +5.00                9.0

Left Eye            +5.00                9.0

I wear Johnston & Johnston ‘moist’ daily disposable contact lenses with no problems

Please can you give a me suggested treatment, based on the above information and also the cost for the suggested treatment I do appreciated that a full consultation is required to gain an accurate picture, but I would appreciate an opinion if possible

In your case it is mostly farsighted with some astigmatism. The treatment option would be Lasik for both farsighted and astigmatism. The treatment will be possible or not depend on your eye and cornea properties.
